One thing we have come to learn about this Congress is that they talk the talk and then walk as they demonstrated again on FISA. There was the usual talk about not giving in to Bush then total capitulation along with the usual groveling. Unfortunately, our supposed nominee for the presidency has gone back on his promise and joined the grovelers. Is this what we can expect from an Obama White House, a nation run by the minority party that we threw out last year? Will his be an administration of capitulation and cover-up? He well knows that the ONLY way that we the people would ever know the truth about Bush's illegal wiretapping operation is through civil suits against the telecoms and he just voted to give Bush his get out of jail free card. I have no idea what this guy stands for, but he is clearly on the wrong side of the Constitution as is most of the US Senate.
