The easiest way to insert a link to another web page when publishing new content is to click "open rich editor" if you are not already there and highlight the word or words you want to use for the link. Then click the insert/edit link icon in the toolbar at the top of the pop-up window. This will open another window. Simply add the url inside the new window where indicated. Please note that the HTTP protocol is already provided. If you are cutting and pasting URL's don't enter the HTTP protocol again as this will cause the link not to work. After you have published your content please click all links to make sure that they work.
