If you are using a compuer with a Windows operating system you should download and install image resizer if you don't already have it. It typically doesn't come with the operating system. Here is the link to Windows XP power toys. The image Resizer.exe file is in the right sidebar under download. It should be the eleventh download listed. Once you have installed it to your computer you can highlight a group of images, right click and click resize. Check the small radio button (640x480). Click ok. You can also resize one picture at a time this way if you prefer. This will dramatically reduce the file size of the pictures which will speed up the upload. To create a slideshow, click 'create content' under navigation in the left sidebar. This will open the drop down. Click slideshow. This will open the 'submit slideshow page'. Fill in the title and whatever text you are going to add in the appropriate text boxes. Arrow down to the bottom of the page until you see the 'images' box. Click the browse button and browse to the folder on your computer where your images are located. Click on an image, click open, and click the attach button under the 'attach new file' box. The image will upload. Repeat the browsing process until you have uploaded all of the images in the slideshow. Click preview then submit. This is a simple slideshow creator. It does not transition automatically. The user clicks a button to change images.
