I would like to take a minute to say my goodbyes to Halliburton. I hear that they have decided to move. Apparently they are getting a nice new office in Dubai. I guess Texas just wasn't big enough for them anymore. That's OK though because one thing we don't have a shortage of in this country is crooks. So let them leave and take as many crooks as they can fit in the moving vans. We aren't going to miss any of them. I only have one small request, please make them take dead-eye Dick with them. He has outlived his usefulness here. We don't need anyone else shot in the face and he isn't much good at anything else so let Halliburton take him, keep him, and don't let him come back. We would be forever in their debt. No, wait. I forgot they stole all that money from our government. Never mind about the debt thing. They can have him but they still owe us a few billion. That's OK though we can just bill them. I am sure they are good for it. Of course now that they are no longer an American corporation we will have to cancel all of our government contracts with them. This is a different world since 911 and we can't have companies from other countries working for our government. So as a goodbye gift to our friends at Halliburton I would like to recommend that Congress pass legislation making it illegal for our government to allow Halliburton to engage in contract work for our government and further that any other company that engages in any business of any kind with Halliburton also be forbidden from government work. That should be a nice parting gift. So long Halliburton. We hardly knew you.
